chaos

wow, how fast the time fly's when you  have two kids. We made it through Halloween. Pat and Alex designed the front yard based on their favorite video game, Plants vs. Zombies. We had a good amount of trick or treaters. We also went to a kids halloween party with a bunch of kids around Alex's age. Pretty sure Addison was the youngest. The kids painted pumpkins, did some crafts, and went bobbing for apples. Alex had a great time and we are proud to say that he was definitely the most well behaved child.
Patrick is half way through the semester for this year. After this he has a christmas break and then he starts his last semester of college! Needless to say we are all relieved that there is light to the end of this tunnel. Patrick is liking his new job at UPS but there is a lot to learn. Sarah's boss is quiting next year which opens up the possibility that Sarah could get the job. At this point we are trying to pursue Patrick getting a full time job first, sarah would like to stay home with the kids for a change!
Addie is doing really good. She does have some gas issues that make the evenings a bit rough, but she is a very happy baby otherwise. We are getting her to smile more now and are hoping to get some pics of her smiling. Alex continues to show affection to her and we think he is coming to grips that he is the protector of baby sister.

Well I am sure there is more, but finding the time to post when the kids are calm is tough, so we will make it brief and post some pics. Take care everyone.
