The big news of the week is Alex finally rolled over from his back to his stomach without our help. He cannot roll over from his stomach to his back though, and usually they do that first. So that just proves he does what he wants. He has also found his feet and is still trying to get them into his mouth, but he has a bit of belly in the way. He can at least suck on his socks now which he likes. Alex also got a taste of his first vegetable, carrots, and as you can see from the pics, his reaction was not all smiles. I fed him some more today though and he seems to not mind it so much, maybe it was just a shock the first time. The weather has been terrible here so we have not got out much, but today was nice so Alex and I went out and were sociable with the public. We are trying to get Alex more used to strangers since he is totally attached to us.
Alex's new favorite game is to see how high he can scream when in his chair. Its not he is angry, he just wants to scream and test his voice. He has a nice, high pitched voice. He giggles often now but its still hard to get real belly laughs out of him. Other than that, we are anticipating the better weather and hope to be out hiking with him soon.
